Tiwa Savage Singer’s international campaign begins with Remy Ma collaboration

The Mavin Records artiste collaborates with Remy Ma on new single.

Tiwa Savage and Remy Ma have worked on new music together.

When Tiwa Savage signed to Roc Nation in 2016, everyone tipped her to begin the international phase of her career.
Over the ensuing months, we have waited and waited until today, when the first song in her international campaign has been announced. Tiwa Savage is collaborating with US rapper, Remy Ma.
The Grammy-nominated rapper and member of Fat Joe’s rap crew – Terror Squad – disclosed the forthcoming collaboration on popular radio show, The Breakfast Club on Power 105.1, during an interview which featured Fat Joe.

While speaking on Remy Ma’s future projects, the rapper said, “She (Ma) just did the African chick, the biggest African chick…” Before Remy Ma offers a name on request.
“Tiwa Savage”
Fat Joe continues, “She’s huge yo, she’s like the African Rihanna type, you know. She’s big.”
Remy Ma and Fat Joe are working on an joint album titled “Plata o Plomo”, and the Tiwa Savage collaboration will not be on the project. The two stars had a successful 2016, after scoring the hit single ‘All the way up’, which got a Jay Z remix.

Tiwa Savage, over the weekend, attended the annual Roc Nation Brunch, and was pictured with Diddy, Jay Z, DJ Khaled, Remy Ma, Fat Joe, Kelly Rowland and others.
The forthcoming single will not be housed on ‘Plato o Plomo’, but it will most likely be given prominence on Remy Ma’s solo album which is planned for a 2017 release.
Tiwa Savage released her sophomore album in December 2015, and a deluxe version went live in 2017. She was nominated for the Best Video award at the 2016 Headies for ‘Bad’, her song with Wizkid.
